How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 1–3 business days from your completed intake form. Print & Present physical shipping may take additional time. Care Plan members get priority 48-hour turnaround on new orders.
What format are the documents delivered in?
All documents are delivered as print-ready PDFs in a professionally organized ZIP file. Word masters are available as a custom add-on — mention it in your order notes.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is collected via secure Stripe checkout after we review your intake form and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with the payment link within one business day of submitting your form.
Can I get revisions after delivery?
Minor corrections based on intake form errors are handled at no charge. Substantive changes — new roles, updated policies, pay structure changes — are handled through the Update / Revise flow and quoted based on scope.
Do you serve businesses outside Texas?
ReadyDocs HR is Texas-focused. Our compliance framework is built specifically against Texas law — TWC, Texas Payday Law, and the Texas Guidebook for Employers 2024. We don't currently serve multi-state employers as a primary product.
What if I need something not on the menu?
Use the Custom / Bulk Quote flow on the order form, or send us a message here. We handle custom projects outside our standard document set with a quote within 24 hours.
